Remote Personal Trainer Sessions: National coverage
We will devise a work out routine for you. You will receive a report containing instructions for different exercise techniques and forms. These routines will be based on your individual need and your access to equipment or lack there of, based on stretching, cardio, core training, calisthenics, & resistance training. Phone, E-Mail and Webcam support provided.
In-Home Personal Trainer Sessions: Currently servicing clients in Bellevue, Seattle, Issaquah, Renton, Des Moines, Auburn amd Federal Way and surrounding King County area
Individual or couple training. I come to you or you come to me for one-on-one service. Where I guide and teach you proper form and routines to meet your goals. From rebuilding you from the ground up, motivation for exceeding expectations, breaking plateaus and overall enhancement to your Quality of Life, I’ll be there to guide you. Either with my equipment, yours or a combination of both, we will get you where you need to be then where you want to be. As long as your on the clock so am I as your personal trainer. The training doesn't end when I leave. I'm your support line as long as we are contracted and even after. Phone, E-Mail, Webcam and of course in person one-on-one personal training support to insure you stay on track. - Utilizing your environment for an effective routine
Minimum of 5 or more participants. Join an existing group, start your own with family friends or create one open to the public (where I help to advertise and recruit participants). Body Analysis Compositions & Weight Management Tracking:
Here at Get Physically Fit, we do not do skin folding or caliber pinching. We will obtain your bodies composition and go over what it means as well as track your bodies progress for wellness utilizing the Tanita BF-350 medical grade scale. This scale is a personal trainers guide to overall wellness tracking.

Being a Personal Trainer just doesn't mean working you out, it means having a complete game plan for your success. That game plan includes proper nutrition. That is why offering effective meal planning is important. Fifty percent of weight management and weight loss is achieved and kept off through proper eating habits. No dieting here, just sensible meal planning to learn proper eating habits.
Dietary Supplementation Planning: National & International coverage
Today’s food resources are not those of hundred years ago. Today's foods lack nutritional value. Selecting the right personal trainer is very important but only 20% of the equation. Fifty percent of the equation is your eating habits so the reaming 30% is proper supplemenataion to fill the gaps. We will go over your needs and how to best obtain them through filling in the gaps of your dietary intake by supplementing your nutritional requirements. From need of energy to rekindling your metabolism, either through regimented program supplementation or one product, we will put together a plan that will work best for you to obtain your goals.
