My name is Ron, wellness coach, personal trainer, boot camp instructor,
physical presence instructor, physical/mental motivator and owner of Get

Little About Me
I'm a former Marine from NYC who honorably served his country. I have lived in
several states on the East Coast and currently reside in the greater Seattle WA
area. I have been training people
well over a decade. Training others is my passion.
